We have a newly renovated bathroom bungalow with one private bedroom available for rent, located about minutes from downtown. The electric bill and WiFi is split among roommates. The home is cozy, clean, and well cared for perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable place to settle in.

You’d be sharing the house with two females who live in the master bedroom. They both work full-time during the week, so the house is usually pretty relaxed and quiet on weekdays, with more hangout time on evenings and weekends. They keep a positive, respectful, and easygoing atmosphere.
