Looking for a clean and quiet spot

Hello, my name is Andrew. I am temporarily staying at my uncle while I look for private room and bath. I will be completing my degree online, and also looking for employment. I am looking for a place without cigarettes, but occasionally will drinka beer or have a toke on the weekend or the like.I do love to pick bluegrass guitar, and would like be able to play without bothering anybody.
