A few perks of the place: • 3-bedroom home (~ sq ft) • You’ll get two small rooms + closets to make your own • Big open backyard (the deer truly think they live here) • Spacious kitchen and living room • Sunroom/office for work, hobbies, or plant babies 🌿 • Peaceful, safe neighborhood • 2-car garage + plenty of driveway space • Lease is about months if you’re moving in around Jan 1
About the Roomie:

I’m looking for someone who is professional, responsible, and easy to live with — ideally no kids, no wild partying, no revolving door of guests & preferably no pets. Just a steady job, good vibes, and clear communication.

My current roommate unexpectedly lost her job, so I’m hoping to find someone who can take over her portion of the lease (roughly months). The spot is seriously a gem — tucked in a quiet neighborhood in Grapevine, super close to the lake and trails.

A little about me: • Late s, Christian, and a working professional • Kind, clean, communicative — and I love a peaceful home • Landlords are wonderful, neighbors are long-time and friendly • I love running, workout classes, traveling, and hanging with my girlfriends/family • I rarely have guests over, so the home stays calm, cozy, and clean

The landlord does require a background and credit check.
