Private Room for Lease Takeover

Hi everyone! I am trying to find someone to take over my lease starting in January because I am transferring colleges at semester. It is a month lease but I'm looking for someone to sublease it from January to July when the lease ends. You would be more than welcome to renew the lease when August rolls around. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. The shared living area includes a furnished living room with a couch, chair, tables, kitchen island seating, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also included. This unit overlooks the pool area, and residents have access to amenities such as a game room, pool, courtyards with fire pits, and a rooftop deck.

There are two other girls that are currently living in the room. They both are students, one completing her undergraduate and the other one is in grad school. The apartment is a layout, meaning you’ll share the space with three other roommates. Each person has their own private bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchen, living room, and laundry area are shared common spaces.
