Looking for female roommate in this huge new built ,house .we are very quiet family all female, all of us either working/ at schools. We have an extra bedroom and full fancy bathroom with bathtub .Fully furnished,the room has TV , rent included all the bills elictricity gas and water utilities garbage and internet , you can park in the parking area not off the street and the room is in the lower level and the entrance is in the front . This house is built last year smoke free . So The roommate should be smoke free too . No pets allowed. No party or guest allowed.no contract or lease required, no credit score required. The only thing is the income verification and the security deposit plus service fees will be refunded if the room stayed the same with no damage or needed no cleaning after the roommate decided to move out . You can move out anytime, on your own responsibility no refund.
