Looking for male/female roommate!

Howdy!

My name is Isaac and I am an active-duty enlisted Marine () / Texas A&M student looking for 1 female or male roommate to share my house with! It is a new build and the empty room I left have is ready to move in! The house is located Northwest of Texas A&M in a nice and new neighborhood.

I am a full time Marine that is currently enrolled in a commissioning program with an expected graduation in December of next year! In my free time I’m usually playing baseball/tennis, running, or going out to coffee shops with and hanging out with friends. I have two dachshund puppies, Cowboy and Chief, that absolutely love any and everyone! The house is a bath, with the second room being rented out to a male sophomore moving in around early January!

I am looking for $ (+ utilities) for the room. I am furnishing the house through the end of this year and adding to the home gym in the garage. Move-in immediately possible! Feel free to reach out for more information! Thanks and Gig em’!
