I’m looking to sublease my shared bedroom in an apartment at Taft Dr, just a short walk or bike ride from CU Boulder. The location is ideal for students—quiet, safe, and incredibly close to campus, with easy access to bus lines, coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Rent is $ per month, with utilities and Wi-Fi split evenly among roommates. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and already furnished in the common areas, and the bedroom can be furnished if needed. You’d be sharing the room with a respectful and easygoing roommate, and the rest of the apartment has plenty of natural light, good heating and AC, and on- laundry. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and communicative who needs a convenient spot near campus.
