My housemate of almost 4 years is moving out soon and I’m looking for someone clean, responsible and respectful to take over and sign a new lease with me. **Looking for someone LONG term. One year minimum, preferably longer if we’re a good fit** 🛏 Room Details: * Master Bedroom * Rent: $1540/month - (per the new lease) * Private bathroom and small balcony 💰 Monthly Utilities (per person approx.):
* PG&E, Internet, water, trash, etc.: (guessing around) $130-$160 {{{Around $1700 💸 for rent AND utilities}}} 🏙️ Location Highlights (Fremont – 1 exit away from Union Landing): * Liquor store, pizza joint and laundromat across the way (7 minute walk), small shopping center with Lucky inside around the corner *5 minutes off the 880 freeway 🏢 Apartment Features: * In-unit washer & dryer (stackable) * Central A/C & heating * Garage (which we use for storage) * Parking inside gates, 1st come 1st serve, otherwise plenty of parking on the street (we are directly inside so it’s not a long walk once your in the gate) * Community amenities: Pool, hot tub, fitness center, Clubhouse rentals (used twice & you can’t beat the price and the clubhouses are VERY nice!) 👯 Current Roommates: You’ll be sharing with one chill, clean, responsible, respectful and friendly working professional, myself! I’m 40, female, work M-F 10am-7pm (gym before that when I can), like to go out on the weekends but also enjoy staying home.
