Private room & bathroom in Redondo Beach😊

Hello southbay lovers! we are looking for a roommate to take over a room in our space!
The space is available mid December. There’s some flexibility on timing if needed. rent is eleven hundred & bills are WiFi and electric which average seventy or less per person monthly. If you come mid December, December rent will be 5hundred fifty & then regular rent/bills thereafter.

We are in a spacious townhome, all shared spaces are fully furnished and appliances provided. About a 5min drive to hermosa beach or to redondo king harbor (1 mile from each), a min drive to LAX depending on traffic. I’ll share some photos of the space below😊

I’m twenty6yrs old, bisexual & I currently live with my boyfriend (twenty5yr old), our 6 month old daughter & our small black cat. We also have one other very kind and considerate,
female roommate in her twenties who works full time.


My bf and I both work with kids on the spectrum, enjoy time at the beach, like hosting friends at the house & would love to spend time with roommates as long as it feels like a genuine connection! We are both very open communicators and take pride in maintaining a clean space.
