Colorado to Philly Transplant

I won’t be out of my lease until July .
I recently visited Philly over the holiday and fell in love with the city. I grew up in the suburbs, small towns, farms, and had a little stint living in Sarasota, FL before coming back to Colorado where I’ve lived most of my life now. I have two sweet black cats (Puma and Saber) who are 8. Never hurt a fly, want your love and affection, mainly just sleep. I have a pickup truck (Tacoma) if that sweetens the deal at all? 😉
