Option 1 — Private Room

You would have your own bedroom.

Option 2 — Shared Room

A more affordable shared-room option.

• Rent: Half the amount posted (lower than private option)
• Utilities: included
• Furnished: No
• Shared with one other person
• Suitable for students, newcomers, or short-term stays
