I’m Looking for a laid back environment, I have a career in contracting, single dad (get my son on weekends),takes privacy seriously, I work a lot workout everyday and play the rest of the time. If you asked me to define respect, Id say; To me respect means having a genuine conscious consideration for upholding a consistently courteous demeanor toward fellow house mates. A quote that has always stuck with me is that “ courtesy cost nothing, yet it conveys much!” Lol / I’m an anomaly, honest, and have a career. In need of this place fairly soon due to having get away from the toxic situation my previous relationship became ( I can explain more on when we talk). I was $ electric, $ prior total housing cost. Usually I’d pay early or two months at a time. I do not do bad business and I communicate if there is ever an issue or concern with payments ,which, isn’t a likely occurrence. Reach out to me at
