Looking For A Room Mate

Hi, my name is Jackie. I am a -year old professional woman (elementary teacher) and single mom ( custody). I am looking for a roommate, either another single mom with kid/s or a professional female. The room is in Reston and measures with a private bathroom. The apartment is a bath, den, patio, sq ft, NO washer or dryer IN the apartment but has a laundry facility in the complex. I’m happy to provide free babysitting & tutoring if needed. The shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, and patio. The monthly rent is $ security deposit and the room is available in December. You must comply with the leasing office’s background check.
