Room for Rent! Female in s only!

Hey! I'm a F looking for a similarly aged roommate! Your costs will be half of the rent () plus a little help on the power and internet bills. That's it! I have a spare room that has a closet and half bath (the water isn't hooked up but that can be fixed if need be!) The room is a little small but is plenty enough for one person. Right now it is a storage room but I can always figure out storage alternatives lol. (Sorry I don't have good pictures yet 😅) I cook quite often and try to keep food in the house so help with groceries is also appreciated! Though I work in fast food so bringing food home is also possible on occasion.
I have a boyfriend who stays over on occasion as well. He's and very easy to get along with!
I have a female cat who's very well behaved (Minus eating my fake flowers 🙄). Her name is Cleo! She doesn't shed a lot but she does run the house lol.
