Hi there! My housemate and I are looking for a friendly and responsible third roommate to join our lease starting in December.

We live in a charming multi-story Victorian twin, split into three units. Our home is in the heart of Walnut Hill — right next to the Walnut Hill Community Garden 🌱 and just a short walk from West Philly favorites like Bookers, Dock Street Brewery, Local nd Street commercial corridor. We also have easy access to transit, including the Market–Frankford Line and bus routes.

We’re offering the large top-floor bedroom — a bright and airy private suite with:

✨ Fully furnished (queen bed, desk, dresser, closet, shelves)
✨ Located on its own floor — added privacy
✨ Hardwood floors + great natural light

It’s the most spacious room in the house and perfect for someone who values comfort and a quiet sanctuary at home.
