BATHROOM: Shared only with 1 housemate. Has been deep cleaned on 8 Nov. Each housemate is responsible in cleaning and maintaining their bathroom. Good communication with housemate in sharing responsibilities in maintaining their bathroom.
DINING ROOM: Open for everyone to use.

The place is close to walking and bike trails.
Walking distance to several bus stops.
