Hey, I’m Manny — , just moved from Miami, working in construction and studying for my General Contractor license. I’m laid-back, clean, and easy to get along with. I work full-time and study throughout the week.

I’m usually at the gym, out with friends on the weekends, or exploring new spots around the city. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and always keep shared spaces tidy. I love sports, even though I barely know anything about them.
