Hi everyone — I’m looking to join a BA apartment in Hoboken starting December 1st. My budget is up to $/month for my own bedroom and (ideally) my own bathroom.

Young working professional in finance/tech

Clean, respectful, and easy to live with

Quiet during the week (work, gym, cooking at home)

Social but not a “party at home every weekend” type

I keep shared spaces neat and communicate clearly

No pets, non-smoker

What I’m Looking For

A roommate who is clean, responsible, and chill

Prefer someone who works full-time or is a grad student

Good vibes, no drama, pays bills on time

A place with:

Private bedroom

Private bath (preferred but not a dealbreaker)

In-unit laundry or nearby laundromat

Quick transit access to NYC

Move-In

December 1st, flexible by a few days if needed.
