East canton, room for rent

My names Rodney. I am years old and Live in East Canton with my dog (Connor) who is a super friendly 7 year old lab. I mostly just work, watch Netflix, clean, take care of my pup, go to movies, out to eat with family and friends, go to the gym, nothing crazy. Not into any drugs including weed. I keep to myself but a roommate who would like to do things like the bar, gym, movies with would also be okay with me! I like sports, FanDuel, enjoy my job, I’m a Financial Solutions Specialist at a bank. House is located off Georgetown and Trump, close to everything- both highways, close to canton, canton south, Louisville and Alliance. The house is Clean, kept up and on 3 acres, all appliances included, internet included. Just pay rent on time and be respectful. Super quiet area, one neighbor who I rarely see, bonfire pit, patio, tons of parking! My current roommate is moving out with her boyfriend sadly so the room is officially available as of .
