Looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home? We’re Kristin and Zack, a married couple with a calm, clean lifestyle, and we’re looking to share our home with someone respectful and easygoing.

The available space is a private, unfurnished bedroom with its own private bathroom — perfect for someone who values privacy and a peaceful environment.

You’ll have access to all the shared living areas, including a cozy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, porch, and a spacious backyard. There’s also driveway parking, washer and dryer, fridge space, and both a closet and linen closet for your use.

Our home is located inside the quiet, gated community of Fairfield Harbour, surrounded by nature with walking trails, marinas, game lands, and a golf course nearby. Downtown New Bern is just minutes away, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and waterfront charm.

We prefer a female roommate, though couples are welcome for an additional fifty dollars a month to for increased
utilities. No pets or smoking allowed.
