I am looking for a female roommate to share a bathroom house in LoSo (lower south end). The house is new construction, high-end finishes and interior decorator designed. I am only renting out one bedroom w/ a private en-suite bathroom. Another room is being turned into a Pilates/workout room with infrared sauna, which you would have full access to as well. I have a sweet doodle so you must like dogs. Rent is $; this includes utilities and housekeeper. Lease terms and start date are flexible. The room is furnished with West Elm and Cb2 furniture, but unfurnished is also an option. Must be clean, respectful, and professional.
