Hi!! I am looking for an individual to fill a bedroom in my newly renovated townhome!
A bit about the space... it is located in the La Mesa area, it is a townhome style layout with 2 balconies and an additional sunroom, there is driveway parking (5 cars fit), & in home washer and dryer units.
I am looking to fill the room by ideally November but can be a little flexible, the rent price is is $ per month - that includes water, the only other bills monthly are Wi-Fi and electricity.
The lease is month to month. If you feel this may be a good fit for you please reach out so I can share some pictures and videos of the space.
