• Includes access to a private cozy court yard area just for you (great for relaxing or plants (hose hook-up)) in addition to backyard
• Shared bathroom (only one in the house) with me and occasionally Airbnb guest(s)

• 3-bedroom house
• I'm -years-old
• I dog-sit occasionally, so you must be comfortable with dogs
• The third bedroom may occasionally be used as an Airbnb when my kids are not home

• No drugs, heavy drinking, or party lifestyle
• No frequent overnight guests or bringing the party home
