Looking for long-term apartment

I am and moving to Utrecht together with my friend (, from Romania). We both work full-time and have stable, proven income. Currently living in Culemborg through an agency but looking for a long-term rental in Utrecht.

We are responsible, clean and respectful tenants. No pets. We do smoke but only outside, never inside. We take care of the place we live in and we respect privacy and agreements.
We can move in immediately and are ready for viewings. References from employer/agency available if needed.
