Hi, my name is Nicole. I live in a large 3 bedroom house. I have (2) bedrooms that are fully furnished. I am looking for a female roommate or a family to move in. The rent is $ (for one person). This covers pest control, the gardener, Wi-Fi, PG&E, and trash. You will have your own private room and bathroom.
I am looking for someone who is clean. No smoking. No drama. No parties. You will also have your own private living room that is HUGE! I have seen it turned into a bedroom, an office, a gaming room, and a playroom. You have lots of possibilities for how to personalize & customize your private space.
The house is large enough that it really feels separate. The only shared space is the kitchen. I split everything in half (half the fridge & freezer is yours, and pantry).

I work at a high school. I am home after work, and off and on throughout the weekends. I am extremely tidy, and need someone who is the same, and respects the home. This neighborhood is quiet, safe, and minutes from Fresno State.

I am easygoing. You will have your own bedroom, living room, and bathroom. There is privacy. The laundry room and kitchen are shared.

My home has the space, and privacy where we have our own living rooms and bathrooms. Please reach out to me if you are interested and have any questions :). I am happy to give a tour of the home. This is a great central location. Extremely close to Fresno State, & multiple hospitals.
