Room for rent (bed available if you need it). Shared bathroom with another room the bathroom has its own separate entrance from the room! All utilities included except for electricity, which is split three ways (it’s a new house and the electric bill is low). Kitchen and laundry access included, with space in the pantry and fridge to store your things. The place is very quiet.

Derecho a la cocina y lavandería, con espacio en la alacena y nevera para guardar tus cosas, lugar bastante tranquilo, Solo vivo yo (Hombre) y otra roomate (mujer sola) lugar bastante tranquilo, la mayoría del tiempo estamos trabajando asi que paso muy poco tiempo en la casa

It’s just me and one other roommate (a single woman). The place is very quiet, we both work most of the time, so we spend very little time at home.
