hey! i’m looking to move out before oct — ideally in costa mesa (i’ve got my eye on blue sol 👀) but open to nearby spots too. would love to find someone who’s down to apply together!

i’m gay, so i’d prefer another gay guy or a chill girl roommate, but totally fine with a laid-back straight guy who’s cool with the lifestyle. i’m all about having a space that feels like your own — if you wanna have friends over, chill, host, whatever — total freedom both ways.

i’ve got a 3-month-old pug who’s super sweet and friendly, plus most of my own furniture already, so someone who travels light or doesn’t have a ton of stuff would be ideal.
