I’d love to live with someone who’s:
• Responsible with rent and bills (no stress there).
• Respectful of privacy and boundaries.
• Clean in shared spaces, but not a neat freak.
• On a similar vibe with noise/sleep schedule (no 4 AM vacuuming please 😅).
• Easy to talk to and upfront if something needs to be worked out.

Bonus points if you’re:
• Friendly and down to hang out sometimes (movie night, cooking, whatever).
• Cat-friendly. (You’ll love my girl Guthrie)
• Positive, chill, and drama-free.

Dealbreakers for me:
• Late with money.
• Constant drama.
• Disrespecting boundaries (going through stuff, surprise guests, etc).
