Who I’m looking for:
friendly, I can keep it to room if needed but I do partake regularly
No specific age range as long as you’re chill and communicate kindly
Stable income to pay your portion of rent + utilities (internet, water, electric)
Ability to use empathy and compromise as we will be living together (I will do my best to do the same!)
Can clean up after oneself/help maintain a tidy place/small backyard. I’m not a perfectionist and will slack once in awhile myself, but effort is required

Guests allowed, overnight guests allowed, just give me a heads up
Extended stays allowed with advance notice for a week maximum
Alcohol/ ok, but no hard drugs
Full access to bathroom, yard, kitchen, of refrigerator/freezer, and storage cabinets around house
Laundry/dryer (quarter-operated) located in apartment complex
