Cute House in East Nashville!

Rent price includes all utilities!!! Super cute house in the heart of East Nashville - close to everything! 5 minute walk/1-minute drive to Shelby Park. I live in a -bathroom house right down the street from the beautiful Shelby Park, very close to the golf course. Also a short minute drive to downtown Nashville, but far enough away from the crazy traffic. I am looking for 1 roommate to move into the primary bedroom in my house. The room has its own attached full bathroom with a standup shower. It comes furnished with a queen sized bed and a nightstand and lamp. A little about me: I am a -year old professional who works remotely full-time for the state of Virginia, and I work on the side, locally, in substance abuse recovery. I am in and out of the house quite often. I am VERY laidback, and I would love to find someone that has a similar vibe. The only thing I am not laidback about is cleanliness. I like to keep my house clean and would ask the same of a roommate. Shared spaces are a must, what you do with your space is your own. I have 3 dogs that are very sweet and loving, but if dogs aren’t your thing, it probably won’t be a good fit! I like to workout, go to local shows, try new restaurants, hang out with my family and friends, go to markets and make weekend trips, and I play on a kickball and soccer team.
