Hello there, I’m Nick. I manage Technology Operations at Omnicom (Remote now, moving to hybrid soon). I’m looking for a place once my current lease is up in November.
I’m laid-back but like common areas kept reasonably clean — I don’t mind pitching in, but I don’t want dishes and messes to pile up.

At home I’m more of a quiet homebody. I’m usually in bed by PM on weeknights, not much of a partier anymore, though I’m fine with guests and the occasional party.

I’d love a roommate who’s communicative, responsible, and friendly. Ideally we’d be friends, but respectful coexistence works for me too.

My interests: binge-watching shows (The Expanse, Mr. Robot, MCU, Star Wars), Gaming (Apex Legends on PC), Cars (I’ve got a tuned
Infiniti Q), hitting the beach, and music (EDM & hip-hop — Subtronics, Excision, Post Malone, Eminem, etc.).
