Private Room with bathroom

I have a guest room with a private bathroom available for rent in our safe, family-friendly community. Our neighborhood is very connected, with a strong sense of safety and regular community police patrols.

About us: I live here with my young son, who has epilepsy and autism. Because of our special situation, I am ideally looking for a nursing or medical student who is comfortable being around seizures and who may benefit from potential community service/clinical hours in the future. However, I am open to other responsible, respectful, and serious prospects.

What’s included:

• Access to shared living areas (kitchen, laundry, etc.)
• Safe, quiet community with supportive neighbors

Looking for:
• Someone respectful, responsible, and clean
• Preferably a nursing or medical student (not required)
• Someone comfortable living in a home where seizures may occasionally occur
