Dining room with dining table, as well as a desk next to the front door being used as a cubby for guests to take off their shoes in doors. Outside is a reserved parking spot (visitor passes are also available), a community swimming pool, an elementary school across the street, and a bus stop for the Bus (which connects to the Red Line as part of the DMV Metro). NOTE: All potential residents will be expected to pass a background check. I will need the legal first & last names of all potential residents + addresses to initiate the background check.

1st month's rent is due at least 3 days prior to move in date to ensure a seamless transition. The month begins on move-in date. No security deposit, but you will be expected to fix anything that you break or damage.
