Hey future renters, my name is Maurice, and I have a Spacious, Clean, Safe, Luxurious property, and currently renting rooms with utilities and Wi-Fi included with an independent private bathroom with a jacuzzi spa tub, access to private patio, Rooms has Independent thermostat to control A/c or heat, brand new King size bedroom set with a lounge or community kitchen available.

I am looking for long-term renters. If you are renting weekly, you are required to reside for the duration of four weeks minimum and a security deposit of one week and the first week rent by move in date. If you are renting Monthly one month rent and a security deposit of 4 weeks rent is required by move in date, and a duration of minimum of two months.

Rooms Are available immediately!!!
First come first serve basis
Must Have 2 forms of Government ID. copy of US Valid State Driver Id / Passport, SS
Must have proof of income
Free Driveway parking
No Smoking indoors
No Pets Allowed
No overnight guests no exceptions!
