Need a room by the end of July

Hi,

My current lease ends July st, but I'm looking to move a couple of days beforehand. I currently live in Washington Heights and have been in the city for almost 5 years.

I work as a science researcher and go to the gym afterwards. I love to keep the house relatively clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I don't mind sharing stuffs but always make sure I'm respectful of others time, space and items. I don't have any pet and don't plan to get/live with one
