Looking for Roommate for Condo

I live in a furnished, bathroom condo in Country Hill in Nashua, NH and am looking for a roommate. The condo features new siding, new windows, new major appliances, new furniture, heat and central air, wood floors, large K televisions, the main streaming services, the main TV cable channels, and WiFi, a back porch, big back and side yards, a finished basement, a laundry room, and a two car garage. Monthly price is negotiable depending on if you want the master or regular bedroom. Country Hill has a pool, tennis courts, beautiful landscaping, snowplowing, garbage removal, easy highway and downtown access, and is one of the safest neighborhoods in Southern New Hampshire. I am friendly, clean, easy going, approachable, and mostly keep to myself, but am looking for a balance between connection and mindfulness of shared living space.
