I’m looking for one person to join my roommates and I in a bath house near Temple starting July th. We are all grad students and are looking for a grad student or working professional who is clean and respectful. Overall, we’re hoping for someone who wants to contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment where we can all be friends with each other but also respect anyone’s need for time alone. The house has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, an unfinished basement with a lot of room for storage, and a backyard that we share with the house next to us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The house has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, two fridges, a backyard, and central a/c and heat. We also have a cat named Yoshi who we share responsibility for. We want a roommate who cleans up well after themselves, is quiet and friendly, and is respectful of other people’s things. Move in is in August!
