Looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home? We’ve got a cozy private room for rent in a friendly shared house with three easygoing roommates!

🛏️ The Room:
• Private ft space
• Unfurnished
• Ideal for a student or working professional
• Includes closet space and natural light
• Ready for move-in

🏠 Shared Amenities:
• Fully equipped shared kitchen
• Shared full-sized bathroom with a standing shower
• Comfortable shared living room and dining room for relaxing, eating, or hanging out

🌴 Extras:
• Swimming pool – perfect for cooling off or unwinding after a long day
• Outdoor hang-out area featuring an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, microwave, and a TV – great for cooking, entertaining, or just enjoying the outdoors

🤝 You’ll be sharing the home with three respectful adult roommates – a father, his adult daughter, and another adult male.
👩 We prefer a female roommate, but all inquiries are welcome.

📝 Rental Terms:
• Month-to-month period for the first 3 months
• If it’s a good fit for everyone, we can move forward with a -year lease
• First and last month’s rent required upon move-in
• 💡 All utilities are included in the rent, but please be mindful of usage

Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. Mutual respect and privacy are important – we’ll respect yours, and we ask the same in return.
No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted. No drugs or excessive alcohol use. Sorry, no pets.
