My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our cozy townhome, available May 1st!
Women and/or LGBTQ+ only.
It’s a bath with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a backyard that’s perfect for summer hangs. We’re in NoLibs, right on 2nd and Poplar—close to all the good stuff: Middle Child, Jerry’s, Liberty Kitchen, Bar, plus dessert spots like Milk Jawn and Ice Cream. And if you love live music, The Fillmore is just a short walk!
Rent is $/month plus utilities, with a super chill private landlord.
Must be okay with living with a small old lady pup who will spend most of her time in Aubreys room.

A little about us:
I’m , an online student training to be a court reporter. I also work in South Philly four days a week. When I’m not busy with school, I’m into live music, checking out new restaurants, gaming, cooking, or binging a new show.
Aubrey is , works from home, and loves cooking/baking (she'll share her baking with you!), painting, yoga, and hanging with friends.
We’re both laid-back, clean, and respectful. Our partners visit pretty regularly. we’re looking for someone similar in age to us. The house vibe is super friendly and peaceful. The place is fully furnished, so you’ll just need your bedroom stuff (pic below!). There’s also extra storage in the basement if you need it.
