Lake & Mountain Views- rooms

Description

Looking for roommates for my townhome in Loveland with mountain and Boyd Lake views. The place is a 3 bedroom and bath. If 2 roommates, then the second full bath would be shared. Living space is fully furnished and rooms are partially furnished with a mattress and bed frame.

Access to docks for kayaking and paddle-boarding during the summer, a ton of trails, and a community garden. In addition, I have a exercise space in the garage in addition to a spare car slot. (Garage space additional charge)

Snow removal and trash is covered. Cost is plus utilities (water/gas/electric/internet)! Reach out if you are interested :)
