Looking for an educated professional or student mid s to fill a room in a 4 br townhouse. Private full bathroom, balcony, best views in house and in unit laundry + parking. Must be in the habit of cleaning up after yourself immediately. Housemates are very friendly and community oriented. House includes 2 high scale singers, 1 PhD and one school teacher and they’ll all be happy to help you navigate the area. The room is furnished. Because of a recent injury I will have to leave most furniture with the incoming tenant most of which I inherited form the last Message asap to live with some great people :)
