LOOKING FOR SUMMER SUBLETTER! (Available from May , some flexibility on dates)

Our house is about a minute walk ( mile) to Tulane University and 4 minute walk to nearest streetcars and cute cafes/ coffee shops. It is over sq ft. with a shared backyard. It has a very large front room, living room, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for summer. NOTE: You will be sharing with another subletter, $ is rent for one room. Other subletter is a M visiting for internship, prefer to rent to students here for summer if possible.

Utilities (except wifi) are not included. Pets considered on case by case basis.
