URGENTLY need my room subleased/transferred for the period of February-July as some unexpected issues have resulted in me being unable to return. Rent is $. Bathroom is shared with one other person. The house would be shared with four extremely welcoming and respectful male roommates

- basement with common area and storage room. Pool table also comes with the house in the basement

- Kitchen with all necessary amenities including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal
- Sun room in between kitchen and backyard for indoor views and to have as a common hangout area when having outdoor gatherings
- Living room furniture such as couches and tv stand will be provided with the house
- Central heating present

- nearest bus stop (#) is about a 1 minute walk down the street. Both SMS and SMA buses stop at this stop
- about a minute walk from Kroger, Oasis world market, and Cookout

- campus is about a minute walk though the buses obviously get you there even quicker
- right down the street from Municipal Golf course which is a great evening walk and view spot, if not interested in playing golf
