lease takeover!!

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at in Tempe. I have lived in this unit for almost two years and decided to renew for next school year, but I decided I want to move out of Tempe for my senior year. If anyone is interested, the move in date is mid August I believe! Super nice place, fully furnished! It’s a bath, so everyone has their own space. Really great amenities too!
