Hi, my name is Bob. I have a room available starting in March in a large 5-bedroom home in Fairfax. The House sets on a 5-acer wooded lot in a private community with a large front living room, a Kitchen, TV great room, Dining Room, and a laundry room, along with two fireplaces and a deck in the back that looks out over a forest. The location is ten minutes from GMU and ten minutes from Clifton. The room is a large, with a shared bathroom, all utilities, Wi-Fi and Cable are included. This is a very peaceful place with plenty of space to enjoy the grounds. It is a place where you can get away, but at the same time it is conveniently close to a lot of shopping and activities. The rest of the occupants of the house consist of a twenty--year-old electrician, his girlfriend, a twenty--year-old preschool teacher, who live in the basement apartment, and a thirty--year-old schoolteacher who lives in the upstairs part of the house.
