I currently have one room available for rent with two more rooms possibly opening up by April. This is a relatively quiet house located a mile away from light rail. There is a washer and dryer in house. The yard is perfect for a dog with a dog door for easy access in and out of the house. I can accommodate one dog on the property (must be ok with a cat) The living room and basement are shared spaces. There is one full bath that would be shared between two people and another with myself and one other.
