: Hey! We have a room available in our -bathroom apartment and are looking for a clean, responsible, and easygoing roommate to move in.

About Us:
• We’re a co-ed household—one guy (me) and one girl roommate.
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me (cleanliness is a must).
• We both have busy, unpredictable schedules, so the household can be a little active at random hours (for example, guests might stop by late at night). Ideal for a heavy sleeper or someone who doesn’t mind some background noise.

What We’re Looking For:
• Pays rent on time.
• Clean and respectful (no mess left in common areas).
• No smoking or drinking.
• Flexible with schedules since things can get loud late at night.
• Guests are allowed as long as it doesn’t disrupt the space.
