located in Alberta Park (Memorial and Barlow) and 2 blocks from Franklin station.

The room is large, recently painted grey, cooler in the summer, and faces North.
The house has a nice garden and sunny backyard for chilling after work or on the weekends.
Rent includes Wi-Fi, a few streaming services, utilities and some storage in the garage, street
parking is available.

I do have a single bed and frame if needed

You will be sharing the space with me, and 2 cats so no other pets are permitted (sorry).

I am looking for someone who wants to keep a clean home, is responsible and respectful of each
other and willing to help with some yard work and shoveling in the winter.

I work full-time, I am social, enjoy BBQs, fire pit, and live music. Lead a quiet life during the
week but am more social on weekends. If you think you would be a good fit, please apply.

Rent could be reduced if you can do the cleaning
