Hello, my wife and I will be renting a bed home soon. The plan is to move in at the end of April or 1st of May.
We have children and are seeking a FEMALE roommate because we will not feel comfortable with another man in the home with our children.
Roommate will pay their portion of the rent, a $ deposit, a portion of utilities, and we can split any other shared expenses if you want, to help you and us. Roommate will have a private bedroom, use of a bathroom (private bathroom if the home has 3 or more full baths) and access to all common areas of the home.
We were hoping to get a roommate who we could have something in common with so we could all be friends instead of just strangers living together.
My wife and I both work, and have lots of hobbies- we paint, play xbox, love movies and TV and I am a musician and writer. We keep to ourselves, are sorta quiet and we don't use any recreational drugs. We are friendly as long as it is only smoked outside. Also, we keep a clean home and dont like messes.
