Furnished bedroom w/bath available!

Description

Hello! I have 1 bedroom available in my house for rent. Currently, there are two women living here, myself and a friend. We each own one larger dog, both are quiet and sweethearts. The room available is downstairs next to the kitchen and has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The room is furnished and ready to go!You can also pick your own timeline (month to month, short term, long term). I work from home but my roommate works a typical M-F. We’re both pretty clean and very easy to get along with.

My friend and I stay upstairs, so you should only see us when we are using the common areas (or if you want to). We enjoy drinking around a fire, playing sports and video games, or trying a new dive bar. Of course you’re welcome to join or not if you prefer! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with no HOA. Rent is all inclusive. A pet is allowed for additional fee
